The glass used to make Curava countertops is obtained mostly from landfills of broken glass and remnants from glass-blowing factory ovens. Curava also employs a variety of eco-friendly manufacturing processes, including:
- performing work only during daylight hours, eliminating the use of artificial lighting
- producing no water waste
- using a minimal amount of electricity
Plus,
Marble and Granite Inc. is taking steps to be an eco-friendly business as well. With our own recently certified
LEED Green Associate in house, Chelsie Arnold is able to provide the market with the knowledge and expertise to help reduce our carbon footprint, ensuring our world is a healthier place for many generations.
Being both environmentally friendly and affordable, consumers can feel confident that they are contributing to a "green" future with Curava countertops for kitchens and baths.
